What We Do

Domestic Treatment Plants & Septic Tanks

Supply and install packaged treatment plants and septic tanks sized to your occupancy and ground conditions—complete with inlet/outlet pipework, ventilation, alarms (where specified) and safe access covers.

Spreader (Soakaway) Drains & Outfalls

Design and build infiltration fields, soakaway crates or controlled outfalls, based on percolation tests and levels—complete with distribution boxes, inspection points and geotextile protection.

Highway Off-Main Sewer Pipework

New or replacement foul/surface water pipe runs, manholes and lateral connections for highway and public-realm works—including coordination with relevant authorities and traffic management where required.

Foul & Surface Water Networks

Separation or combined systems as specified: carrier drains, gullies, catchpits, silt traps, backflow protection and rodding access for straightforward maintenance.

How We Work (Our Process)

  • 1. Survey & testing - Levels, trial holes, percolation tests and service checks.
  • 2. Design & specification - Pipe grades, diameters, manhole locations, treatment plant size and discharge strategy agreed.
  • 3. Installation - Trench excavation, bedding, pipe laying to fall, chambers set to level, correct backfill and compaction.
  • 4. Commissioning - Water tests/air tests where required, plant start-up, alarms and controls checked.
  • 5. Reinstatement & handover - Surfaces made good, as-built notes, maintenance guidance and any compliance paperwork.

Systems & Options

  • Pipework: uPVC/HDPE/ductile as specified; correct bedding and surround; marker tape/tracer wire as needed.
  • Manholes/Chambers: Precast concrete rings, brick-built or modular plastic; covers and frames to loading class.
  • Treatment & storage: Packaged treatment plants, septic tanks, pumping stations, balancing tanks.
  • Controls & protection: Non-return valves, alarms, high-level alerts, grease traps (where kitchens/commercial).
  • Discharge routes: Infiltration fields, soakaways, watercourse discharge (subject to permissions).
  • Documentation: Test records, plant manuals, service intervals, as-built sketches and asset schedule.
