What We Do

Electrical & Telecommunications Ducting

Single or multi-way duct runs for power and data—colour-coded ducts with draw ropes, bends to spec, marker tape and cable-pull chambers. Ideal for new builds, commercial sites and infrastructure upgrades.

Inspection Chambers

Precast or modular chambers sized for access and cable/water management, complete with covers to the correct load class, step irons (where required) and neat connections.

Street Lighting Ducting & Bases

Ducts, draw pits and compliant column bases with earthing, spare capacity and as-built info ready for your lighting contractor to pull and connect.

Water Pipe Trenching & Installation

Trenching, bedding, pipe laying and backfill for new and replacement supplies—including barrier/MDPE where appropriate, duct sleeves at crossings, valves/boxes, and clear separation from other utilities.

How We Work (Our Process)

  • 1. Survey & planning - Locate existing services, agree routes, depths, separation and chamber locations.
  • 2. Specification - Duct types/sizes, chamber classes, water pipe materials and fittings set to project needs.
  • 3. Installation - Safe excavation, bed/cover, ducts with draw ropes, marker tape, chambers set to level.
  • 4. Integration - Pull cords, mandrelling where needed, inlets/outlets sealed, water connections coordinated.
  • 5. Reinstatement & records - Surfaces restored (tarmac, gravel, lawns) and as-built sketches/notes handed over.

Systems & Options

  • Ducting: uPVC/HDPE smooth-bore, twin-wall, colour-coded sleeves, twin/triple banks, spare ducts for future.
  • Ancillaries: Draw ropes, mandrels, seals, marker tape, tracer wire, warning tiles, duct spacers.
  • Chambers: Precast concrete, brick-built or modular plastic; covers/gratings to appropriate load class.
  • Waterworks: MDPE/barrier pipe, stop taps/line valves, boundary boxes, meter boxes, insulated duct crossings.
  • Documentation: Route plans, chamber schedules, depth/offset notes for future maintenance.
