Soakaways

Discreet, cost-effective soakaways sized to your ground conditions and roof areas, complete with geotextiles, inspection points and calculated storage volumes.

Water Attenuation & Infiltration Systems

Modular crates/tanks and infiltration trenches to slow and store runoff, reduce peak flows and integrate with wider SuDS strategies.

Rainwater Harvesting

Above- or below-ground tanks with pre-filters, pumps and connections for garden use or non-potable supply—saving mains water and bills.

V-Ditch Trenches

Shaped open channels that intercept and convey surface water along field margins, tracks and perimeters—stable, low-maintenance, and effective.

French Drains

Perforated pipe in graded stone with geotextile wrap to relieve saturated ground around buildings, retaining walls, driveways and lawns.

How We Work (Our Process)

  • 1. Survey & testing - Levels, soil type/percolation, existing services and flow paths.
  • 2. Design & specification - Sizing, storage volumes, discharge routes and components agreed.
  • 3. Groundworks & installation - Excavation, bedding, pipework, chambers and backfill to spec.
  • 4. Integration - Connect gutters, channels, gullies, silt traps and overflows.
  • 5. Commissioning & handover - As-built notes, maintenance guidance and (where required) test records.

Systems & Options

  • Components: Catchpits, silt traps, inspection chambers, leaf guards, rodding access.
  • Materials: uPVC/HDPE pipework, geotextiles, modular crate systems, concrete chambers.
  • Discharge: Infiltration to ground, controlled discharge to existing systems or watercourses (subject to approvals).
  • Upgrades: Pumped outlets, leaf/debris management, driveway/channel drainage, landscaping reinstatement.
