How We Work (Our Process)

  • 1. Site visit & advice - We confirm access, ground conditions and usage requirements.
  • 2. Design & specification - Mix design, depth, reinforcement, joints and finish agreed to suit loadings and budget.
  • 3. Preparation - Formwork, sub-base, compaction and levels set for drainage and falls.
  • 4. Pour & finish - Pumped or direct pour, vibration/compaction, then your chosen finish (trowel, brush, tamp, polished, exposed).
  • 5. Cure & protect - Correct curing and joints cut to control cracking.
  • 6. Handover - Aftercare guidance and, where required, test records and QA documentation.

Options & Finishes

  • Mixes: C25/30 to high-strength, sulphate-resistant, fibre-reinforced, quick-set.
  • Reinforcement: Mesh, fibres, rebar cages, dowel baskets.
  • Finishes: Power-float, brush, tamp, burnished/polished, exposed aggregate.
  • Add-ons: Drainage channels, kerbs/edgings, service ducts, expansion joints, line marking.
